This weeks poem
Sleeping Beauty pricked her thumb,
started feeling overcome.
Probably she would have died
as the witch had prophesied,
but the fairies had her blessed
so she just got beauty rest.
For a hundred fifty years
she missed balls and film premieres,
till Prince Charming came along
singing out a cheerful song.
Kneeling down he kissed her cheek
hoping that she'd wake and speak.
Sleeping Beauty raised an arm
reaching for the snooze alarm
and her waking words were these:
"Just need five more minutes please."

Greta's Weekend.
In the weekend I went to guitar lessons and I learnt how to play Mary Had a Little Lamb. It was easy because Valoa put some stickers on my guitar for me to know what to do. After I finished guitar lessons I went to my cousins birthday party. We had chocolate fingers and popcorn. It was sticky and yellow like the sun. We had loads of butter on the popcorn. We dressed up as princesses. I had a white dress and it sparkles like the stars on it. It was a fantastic day. After the birthday I watched Wizards of Waverley Place. It was about wizards and wolves. It was funny because Alex danced funny. I had an excellent day.

Road Sense
I heard a noise. The zebra looked funny because he walked from side to side. His nose was crinkled. The zebra nearly hit the pole.

Road Sense
Yesterday the school went to the hall. Aria went outside and held up a sign. We all yelled out, "hi." There was a zebra outside. He was large, fluffy and he had big teeth. He was visiting because he wanted to tell us why we should walk or bike to school. We went near Room 7 and everyone jumped out and got a big fright. Things I learnt about were that we should bike or walk to school because it will save the parents money for petrol. We asked him if he can count to five and he stomped his feet six times. He is soft like a cat.
